6. Conjugated Linoleic Acid
Conjugated Linoleic Acid (CLA) is taken in weight loss process. It is a type of trans fat and fatty acids that have anti- obesity properties. Usually, such fatty acids are found in animal based products such as cheese and beef.
The research done on it has a contradiction. As according to a study the consumption of CLA reduces only half pound or less than half pound a week when taken for six months. So it is a very slow process and less beneficial. But another study shows that weight loss process is increased just after five days of beginning this supplement.
