  • 1 c fresh blueberries

  • 1 Tbsp flaxseed oil (MUFA)

Chocolate Protein Powder Banana Smoothie

A decadently chocolaty smoothie with a dark and rich berry taste, it provides you heaps of protein, antioxidants, saturated fats and natural sugars. You’ll need to blend in vanilla yogurt, chocolate chips, freshly picked raspberries and some ice cubes. You can also use soy milk instead of skim milk, and pick out frozen raspberries instead of adding ice.
