10. Strawberry Smoothie
- 1 c skim milk
- 1 c frozen, unsweetened strawberries
- 2 tsp cold-pressed organic flaxseed oil (MUFA)
A wonderfully energizing drink that will brim you up with good saturated fats, natural sugars, protein and fiber, along with heaps of antioxidants. You’ll need skimmed milk, frozen strawberries and organic flaxseed oil. Just blend in frozen strawberries with skimmed milk, and when you pour it out into a glass, stir in some flaxseed oil and enjoy the delicious treat.
