Baby needs the mommy to be energetic and refresh. Restlessness can disturb the baby’s health and peace.
Get yourself enough sleep, when you wake up you’re fresh and happy. Babies get tired of lazy moms. Stay active for an active baby!
4. Constant Peek-A-Boo of Lights
When we flash a light on the mothers’ belly, babies feel it and also respond to it. But too much flashing might disturb the baby’s peace, especially in resting-state because the baby could be asleep.
Sometimes baby avoids responding to lights so keep that light away.
5. Toss and Turn During Sleep
Tossing and turning in the middle of sleep also jerks off the baby just like laughing your belly out does. This is not a good feeling when the baby is asleep. Firstly try not to move as much or move less, keeping the baby’s sleep in mind.
6. Too Spicy Food
As we said the baby can taste the food that a mommy eats via the amniotic fluid. Babies particularly don’t like spicy food. You might notice baby movements when you eat spices, which are their way of expressing that they do not like it.
