9. Sleep Deprivation
Quality sleep and sufficient hours of rest are extremely essential for all individuals, and naturally, sleep deprivation can trigger restlessness and crankiness, alongside causing scores of healthcare issues and challenges.

10. Sheer Girth
Naturally all women are conscious about putting on an unhealthy amount of weight during pregnancies, and in the case of a twin pregnancy, this fear tends to exacerbate, and rightly so.
The sheer girth of the mother’s body becomes a constant source of stress and worry for her, because it’s just not the belly that expands enormously, but also, all the other body parts start increasing in size and swelling as the babies continue to grow. It also becomes quite an ordeal to perform basic functions and everyday cars, such as getting in or out of a car, going to the bathroom and even getting out of one’s own bed.

Mothers who are preparing to give birth to twins need to take twice the amount of care and precautionary measures as compared to women with singleton pregnancies.
The above mentioned downsides can be avoided with a thorough and pragmatic healthcare regime that focuses on maintaining health, virility and energy levels efficiently.
